3. Returns & Refunds Eligibility
- Return Window: Within 180 days of delivery.

- Products differ in design, size, or material from your order
- Incorrect items received
- Significant deviations from the product description
- Non-Returnable/Refund-Ineligible Items:
- Worn, washed, or altered merchandise

All returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

6. Refund Processing Time
- Issuance: Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we confirm receipt of your return.
- Crediting: Your original shipping cost and item cost will be refunded to the original payment method.
