1. Order Exchanges

  • Exchanges Not Available: We cannot process exchanges for selection errors.

    • You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase at no cost and then place a new order with correct details.

    2. We will confirm cancellation and process a full refund to your original payment method.
  • After 24 Hours: Orders enter production and cannot be canceled.

3. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

  • Return Window: Within 180 days of delivery.
  • Qualifying Conditions:
    • Items arrived damaged or broken
    • Products differ in design, size, or material from your order
    • Incorrect items received
    • Significant deviations from the product description
  • Non-Returnable/Refund-Ineligible Items:
    • Worn, washed, or altered merchandise
    • Defects not caused by us
    • Items missing original tags
    • Minor, fixable thread issues

All returned items must be in original condition and packaging.


4. Refund Claim Requirements

When requesting a refund, please provide:

  2. Shipping label or receipt
  3. Clear photos/videos of the defect or issue
  4. Any relevant correspondence (e.g., email screenshots)

    • Ship at your expense (keep your tracking number).

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Issuance: Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we confirm receipt of your return.
  • Crediting: Your original shipping cost and item cost will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Delays: If you don’t see the refund after 10–15 days, please contact your bank or credit card company for assistance.

7. Important Notes

  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping, except where your item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Liability: We are not liable for lost or damaged returns in transit. Please use a trackable shipping service.
  • Ineligible Requests: Claims outside the 180-day window or for non-qualifying items will be declined.
