Please include your order number and a brief description of the change or cancellation you’d like.

2. After 24 Hours

Once 24 hours have passed from the time you placed your order, it enters production and cannot be canceled or changed.

3. Delivery Address Accuracy

• Double-Check Before Ordering: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
• Returned Packages: We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us because of an address error, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
