- What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services to ensure reliable delivery across the continental U.S. - When will my order be processed?
Orders paid by 5:00 PM EST (GMT–5) on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. Post Office holidays) begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends/holidays, process the next business day. - How long will delivery take, and what does it cost?
- Standard: Handling 1–7 business days + transit 7–20 business days = $4.99
- Fast: Handling 1–2 business days + transit 10–15 business days = $14.99
Total transit time varies by location but generally falls within these windows.
- How can I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Allow 3–7 days for the carrier to scan your package; tracking appears once scanned. - Do you ship outside the continental U.S.?
No. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO addresses—only the contiguous United States.
II. Payment Information
- Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes—within 24 hours of purchase. Email [email protected] or submit a request via our Contact Us page within that window. After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be changed or canceled. - How will I receive my refund after cancellation?
Cancellations made within 24 hours are fully refunded to your original payment method within 2 business days of confirmation. - Will I get back my original shipping fee?
Yes. For canceled orders that haven’t shipped, we issue a full refund, including the shipping cost. - What happens if I provided an incorrect address?
If a package is returned due to an address error, you’re responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order. - How long before I see the refund on my account?
Once processed, refunds usually appear within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. - What if I don’t receive my refund after 15 days?

III. Order Returns & Exchanges
- What is your return window?
You may return non-sale items within 180 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. - How do I initiate a return or exchange?

- Defective, damaged, or wrong items: We cover return shipping at no cost.
- All other returns: Customers are responsible for shipping fees.
- How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds (including original shipping) are issued within 2 business days. Exchanges ship promptly at no extra cost once approved. - Can I exchange for a different size or design?
Yes. During your return request, specify “exchange” and include the new size or design you want. We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your original item.
